Julie Klinger

Julie Klinger, PhD, is the associate director of the Land Use and Livelihoods Initiative at the Global Development Policy Center, and an assistant professor at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University. Her newly released book, Rare Earth Frontiers, examines the economic, social, and geopolitical dynamics of rare earth mining in China, Brazil, and other parts of the world.
